Hello Chess Blog friends, A quick chess federation changes' update for some of the well-known stars of the chess world! Several chess stars have changed their federation this year.
Notable chess players among them are Anna Muzychuk and Anna Sharevich. Anna Sharevich used to play for Belarus, but will now play for the USA. Anna Muzychuk has played for ten years for Slovenia and now returns to play for her country of birth, Ukraine.
World Senior Chess Champion 2013 player Margarita Baliuniene moves from Lithuania to Denmark. World Cup player for Cuba, Fidel Corrales Jimenez moves to the USA. Sharanya Iyengar, who has played the World Youth for Girls U12 for Kenya, moves to India. Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu who represented Romania will now play for Germany.
