World School Chess Blitz, Rapid 2014 in Kavala, Greece June 13-27

Hello everyone,

The World School Chess Blitz and Rapid Chess Championships are to be held in Kavala, Greece from June 13-27, 2014. The beautiful Greek city of Kavala will also host the European School Chess Championships during the same time. 

Kavala is a city in northern Greece, the principal seaport of eastern Macedonia and the capital of Kavala regional unit. It is situated on the Bay of Kavala, across from the island of Thasos. Kavala is located on the Egnatia motorway and is an one and a half-hour drive to Thessaloniki. It is also known as the 'Cyan city'.
