WIM Ayah Moaataz is Egypt National Women's Chess Champion 2014

Hello everyone,
 

The latest chess news via FIDE is that WIM Moaataz Ayah has won the Egyptian Chess Champion for Women 2014. The event was held from 8th to 13th February at the Shooting Club Egypt in Cairo. 

A total of 27 women chess players competed in the 9-round Swiss event. WIM Ayah Moaataz won the Egypt National Women's chess title with 8,5/9 points which was a full point ahead of the rest of the field. IA/IO Said Hassanin, FA/FI Merihan Mahmoud and Magdy Aly managed the championship.
