Hello everyone,
Another chess tournament update via FIDE: Croatian Chess Championship for men for the year 2013 was held on 3-13th February at the Valamar Diamant Hotel in Poreč. Twelve players competed in the round robin tournament.
Grandmaster Ivan Saric, winner of the recent Tata Steel B tournament, emerged national champion after concluding the tournament with 7/11 points. The average elo of the players was 2569 and the arbiters were IA Denis Rosandić and IA Eduard Piacun.
