    Mikhail Tal Magician from Riga he was Soviet-Latvian Grandmaster. I think the painting is in the Moscow Museum.

  5. Hey Guys that IS MIKHAIL TAL a dead man would tell you and the venue is the Moscow Central Chess Club. I did see an Alexandra video from there though it didn't have this particular painting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPjIoCD8HG0 I am definitely correct I THINK.

  8. Kramnik has won the Mikhail Tal memorial but this is Mikhail Tal for sure - should be Moscow
