WGM Deimante Daulyte wins 5th Corbas International Women's Chess Open 2014

Hello everyone,
The 5th Corbas International Women's Chess Open 2014 was held on 2-4th January at the Gymnase Jean Jaures chemin de Grange Blanche in Corbas, France.
The tournament format was 7-round Swiss with 28 participants and the prize fund was 1300 EUR. The event was organized by the Echecs Club de Corbas.
WGM Deimante Daulyte from Lithuania won the tournament with 6,5 points, leaving the second-placed IM Anastasia Savina (Russia) half a point behind.
WGM Evgeniya Doluhanova (Ukraine), WGM Anda Safranska and WIM Viktoriya Schweitzer (both France) shared the third place with 5 points each. (FIDE)
