World Chess Candidates Khanty-Mansiysk 2014: GM Peter Svidler is Organisers' Nominee

FIDEhas announced today that GM Peter Svidler of Russia is going to be the organisers' nominee for the Khanty-Mansiysk in the World Chess Candidates scheduled for March 12-30, 2014. This gives us the following list:

4- Shahriyar Mammadyarov
5- Dmitry Andreykina
6- Sergey Karjakin
7- Peter Svidler

7- Peter Svidler
8- Viswanathan Anand or Magnus Carlsen (Whoever loses the World Chess Championship 2013 in Chennai)
You may remember that Peter Svidler handed World Chess Challenger Magnus Carlsen a terrible defeat at the London Chess Candidates and Carlsen would not have been in Chennai right now, but for Vladimir Kramnik's equally disastrous loss to Vassily Ivanchuk.
