About the contents of the MOU signed, D.V. Israel Gelfer who arrived in the Indian city of Chennai on Thursday thanked the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa for showing interest in the World Chess Championship 2013 match from Nov 6-26, 2013.
