Chess blog for latest chess news and chess trivia (c) Alexandra Kosteniuk, 2013
Hi everyone,
Hi everyone,
Russian Grandmaster Aleksandr Rakhmanov preserved the lead from the penultimate round and won the 15th Dubai Open Chess Championship with 7,5/9 points. With the top four boards being drawn and a couple of decisive results further down, the number of players in the shared second place grew to eight. Among them was the talented Chinese girl Ju Wenjun. Here is a nice video by Vijay Kumar including the interview with the tournament winner.
