Chess blog for latest chess news and chess trivia (c) Alexandra Kosteniuk, 2013
Hi everyone,
This is a truly easy chess trivia if you have been following the Astana Women's World Team Chess Championship 2013. In fact, Chess Blog has featured all the round reports and would continue to do so until the end of the tournament. This photo is by Anastasiya Karlovich for the official website of the chess championship. Can you name the strong chess players in this photo? Hint: One of them has also been... ;)
Okay, another hint: The photo is from Round 4 at the Astana Women's World Team Chess Championship 2013. Now, that's making it way too easy a chess trivia!

Okay it's like this - you can read on the board that that's hoang now go to the official website and you will see a great photo of Chess Queen in Round 4 - and you can make out from the beautiful ring on her finger if you want to cross-check. Anyway, I think Alexandra Kosteniuk is the most-recognizable woman chess player on the planet! no kidding.
