Chess blog for latest chess news and chess trivia (c) Alexandra Kosteniuk, 2012
Hi everyone,
Seven players are sharing the lead at the 2nd Indonesia Chess Open after four rounds. The top three board encounters were drawn in round 4 of the Indonesia Open 2012. GM Grigoryan – GM Bocharov, GM Gagunashvili – GM Ganguly, and GM Li Chao – GM Lu Shanglei shook hands for a draw, as a result no player is left with a perfect score. joining Dimitry Bocharov, Lu Shanglei, Surya Shekhar Ganguly, Avetik Grigorian, and Merab Gagunashvili on 3.5/4 are Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son and Yu Yangyi, the only two players able to record wins from amongst the chasing pack. You can read the report on Chessdom, but first, a quick chess trivia - name these chess girls!
