Here is the latest chess news update from the 69th Georgian Women Championship that was organised by the Georgian Chess Federation from April 28-May 9 in Anaklia, Zugdidi. Twelve players competed in the round robin tournament.
Top seeded IM Bela Khotenashvili convincingly won the title by collecting 8/11 points with a margin of a full point. The average elo of the players was 2354.
