Hi everyone,
The European Individual Chess Championship 2012 opening ceremony - that too place on Monday - was presided over by Minister of Sports Mr. Neikov and the new mayor of Plovdiv Ivan Totev. The draw of colors was conducted, and right from the start we have exciting encounters at the EICC 2012. GM Nikolai Kabanov, participant in the 2011 World Cup meets rating favorite GM Fabiano Caruana. The games began today from 14:00 CET. You can follow the live games at www.chessdom.com.
