Chess train and side events with chess tourneys. It's all getting more fun and exciting. Who says people don't want to sponsor chess tournaments. God bless the chess world. ;)

A chess tournament is always a great big holiday in a new city. Then you just fall in love with a city and want to return every year. But chess is the binding force. I love such exciting tournaments. Once I played in Nagpur, India, many years back and the organisers had a live music band playing at the closing ceremony. Then there are these chess fashion shows at the opening ceremony in Germany. I am not a professional chess player but all this is great.
