Istanbul chess festival from September 11

Hi everyone,
The International Chess Festival Istanbul Open 2011 is going to take place from September 11 to 18 with two Open Tournaments (A and B) based on rating categories. The qualification for the blitz tournament would also be held along side the main tournament. There is no entrance fee for GM and IM title players. The Fide rated tournaments do not have the no tolerance rule in effect so you have to reach your board withing half an hour of starting time.
Category A: 60$ (90 TL)
Category B: 50$ (75 TL)
Category U16: 30$ (50 TL)
Blitz : 30 TL
The total prize fund of the tournaments is USD 14.200 and TRL 1000 for Blitz Tournament. First place 2500 USD, second 2000 USD. You can access the Tournament website for more details.
