World Junior Chess R6: Rombaldoni, Girya lead with thrilling chess all around

The latest chess news from the World Junior Chess Championship 2011 - being held in Chennai, India - is that Italian International Master Axel Rombaldoni (6.0) and Olga Girya (5.5) continue to lead after six rounds. A full point behind Rombaldoni, at 5.0 points were Ter-Sahakyan Samvel, Hovhannisyan Robert (both Armenia), Huschenbeth Niclas (Germany) and Girish A Koushik (India).
Russian Olga Girya remains in the lead after a draw with the talented Peru girl Cori T Deysi. The second spot is shared by Cori T Deysi (Peru), Bulmaga Irina (Romania) and Elena Semenova (Russia) with 5.0 points.
