Hi everyone,
Today - July 20 - is the International Day of Chess. It was on July 20, 1924 that the World Chess Federation (Federation internationale des Echecs) or FIDE was founded in Paris. Fide announced in 1966 that July 20 would be celebrated as the International Chess Day.
Happy Chess Day everybody. Don't forget to tell us how you celebrated the day. Meanwhile, a super-duper chess puzzle to enjoy.
