Chess puzzle: Simple breakthrough for a win

Hello everyone,

Here is a simple puzzle with White in command. White has pressure on g7 and Black's back rank is also weak. How do you think White can combine these factors to get a win. Just think of basic checkmating motifs and you will have your answer.
