Biel Chess Tournament R4: Carlsen beats Caruana, extends lead

Hello everyone,

They are saying at Biel that Magnus Carlsen has been drinking Scotch for his mile-long lead over the others! Not kidding really! Just be careful when he decides to play exchange down against you.

Because the latest chess news from the Accentus Biel Grandmasters Chess Tournament is that the world's No. 1 chess player Magnus Carlsen has extended his lead after four rounds to 4 points. 

Round 4 results: Alexei Shirov - Maxime Vachier-Lagrave ½ - ½ Alexander Morozevich - Yannick Pelletier ½ - ½ and Magnus Carlsen - Fabiano Caruana 1 - 0
