Filipov, Davletbayeva win chess Asian 3.4 Zonals

According to the Fide, the latest chess news is that the Chess Asian 3.4 Zonals have ended.
The FIDE Asian Zone 3.4 Championships ended on the 17th of June 2011 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan for the 2011 Individual World Cup which will be held in Khanty-Mansisik, Russia in August.
Thirty players participated in the Championships with 18 in the Open section and 12 in the Women's Section. They represented six countries of the Asian Zone 3.4 which include the middle Asian countries of the former Soviet Union, namely Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan , Kyrghyzstan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. In the Open Section, GM Filippov Anton of Uzbekistan, rated 2613, took first place followed by GM Murtas Kazhgaleyev of Kazakhstan, rated 2618. Both qualify for the World Cup 2011.
In the Women's Section WFM Davletbayeva Madina of Kazakhstan, rated 2234, took first place. She qualifies for the Women's World Championship.
