India is hosting their highest-ever category tournament - the Airports Authority of India chess event with six top grandmasters in New Delhi from June 22. You can watch a live stream at this link and live games at this link. For access to the official event website click here.
The category 17 event includes Hou Yifan from China, Fabiano Caruana from Italy, Wesely So, Viktor Laznicka, Parimarjan Negi and Krishnan Sasikiran. The tournament offers prizes worth $24,500 with the winner taking $8,000 and the runner-up $6,000.

Great games and nice coverage. Maybe Humpy will beat Hou this time more so as she can track these games now. Good for her. For this tournament I go with Wesley So. Very powerful game against top Indian player Sasikiran. I think it would be a close finish between Caruana and So.
