Congratulations to Grandmaster Vassily Ivanchuk for winning the Tradewise Gibraltar Chess Congress 2011. He just beat GM Daniel Fridman with a cool technical game finishing with a score of 9/10. More updates to follow.Also, congratulations to Nadezhda Kosintseva for fulfilling her grandmaster norms at the Congress. How fantastic to add more super power to Russian chess. Cool.
