Hello Everyone,
We found this nice survey result voting for which was held via the chess news portal www.chess-news.ru.
Of the chess events of 2010, readers of Chess-News selected the world championship match between Viswanathan Anand and Veselin Topalov as the most memorable.
The voting results were as follow:
1. Match for the title of world champion Anand - Topalov - 31% of votes
2. FIDE elections - 21%
3. The victory of Russian women's team at the Olympics with a perfect result - 13%
4. The victory of men's national team of Ukraine at the Olympics - 10%
5. Exit Magnus Carlsen in the cycle world championship - 8%
