IM Nino Khurtsidze leads in Georgian Women's National Chess Championship after 9 rounds

International Master Nino Khurtsidze is leading in the 68th Georgian Women’s Chess Championships, being held in Anaklia in west Georgia, after 9 rounds. The event began with 13 players on January 10 and concludes on January 23.
Khurtsidze defeated Meri Arabidze in the ninth round to remain ahead of Maia Lomineishvili and Bela Khotenashvili.
With four rounds remaining it will be Khurtsidze, Lomineishvili and Khotenashvili trying for the top honours.
