Chess puzzles: Two mates-in-3!

Chess news and chess trivia blog (c) Alexandra Kosteniuk, 2010

Hello Everyone,

Let's continue our mate-in-three checkmating patterns with two nice but very simple puzzles. White to play in both. Run the flashplayer to see the solution after your average thinking time of three minutes. Mind you, no cheating (Wink). Enjoy. We're taking up simple puzzles this month to get your eyes set.
