Chess puzzles: Two mates-in-3!

Hello Everyone,

Time for two puzzles of the mate-in-three kind! White to play and trap the Black King in both puzzles in three moves. Are you up to the challenge? You can run the solution in the flash player after your average thinking time of 5 minutes).

They are real easy. But it will do you good to get the patterns in your mind.
