The Sanya beach - Perfect for chess
Hello Everyone,
Today was the second game in the Anatoly Karpov-Hou Yifan 'Gender Chess Match' being held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Sanya, Hainan, China.
The Match includes four classic games (with the control 90 +30) and two fast (25 +10). The schedule is as follows: 6, 7, 8, 10 November (Classic), Nov. 11 (Rapid).
Here is Sunday's game but hope you didn't miss the chess cake post from the opening ceremony. Hou managed a passed pawn all the way to the seventh rank but nothing more than a draw was in the offing. Enjoy.
The online broadcast of games is available here.
