Levon Aronian: Keeping the pace

Hello Everyone,

After 14 rounds on the first day of the World Blitz Championship, Magnus Carlsen and Levon Aronian lead with ten points each. Mamedyarov is following close behind with 9.5 points.

World Blitz Championship is being organised in Moscow from November 16-18. The double round robin tournament is being played with a time control of 3 minutes per game with the addition of two second per move.

Fourteen rounds have been scheduled for November 16 and 17 while 10 rounds will be played on November 18.
