Chess Queen amazed by Twitter
I'm sure you know that I am hooked to Twitter, and have my Twitter account with over 100,000 followers (called @chessqueen - the full link is www.twitter.com/chessqueen).
I usually tweet in English, but once in awhile I tweet in Russian, both to answer to people who write to me in Russian, and also to talk about events which take place in Russia.
Well just a few moments ago I made a tweet in Russian (see it here), to thank people for supporting me during the Chess Olympiads which just ended with the victory of my team. I wondered if English-speaking tweeps would wonder what I'm talking about and should I translate my tweet or not.
Well, believe it or not, I just saw a tweet addressed to me with a translation of my tweet into English, but not only that, also it was delivered in a video where it it sung with music! I was amazed, this is so nice, original, and as it turns out, even useful!
Here is the tweet I got with video attached. I attach also the video below.
Now you too follow me on Twitter, it's lots of fun, and as you see, unexpected nice surprises do happen!
