Hi everybody!

Yes that's me on the photo, on my first day of school, September 1, some 19 years ago :-)

Read my post about it, with more childhood photos and my plans for the Autumn tournament season, including the upcoming Chess Olympiads, as well as the women's world championships, both blitz and classical chess.

The composition of the Russia-1 women's team for the Chess Olympiads is now known, in order of chess rating (as of September 1, 2010):

- GM Tatiana Kosintseva (2573)

- IM Nadezhda Kosintseva (2565)

- GM Alexandra Kosteniuk (2524)

- IM Alisa Galliamova (2482)

- WGM Valentina Gunina (2465)

It promises to be one of the top favorites of the event.
