Chess Puzzle: Can you think what's on Alekhine's mind?

Here is a nice puzzle from an Alekhine-Capablanca game dating back to the World Championship, 1927.

White has caught the black rook in a nasty pin. What is on Alekhine's mind? What's the best way that White can exploit this pin. Think awhile before running the flash player below to see the answer.
