Ian Nepomniachtchi on a winning streak in 45th Capablanca Memorial Chess Tournament
Hello Everyone!
European Champion Ian Nepomniachtchi, who turns 20 in July, is doing very well in the 45th Capablanca Memorial Tournament being held in Havana, Cuba from June 9-22, 2010.
Nepomniachtchi began the tournament with four draws and lost the fifth round to Ivanchuk. But he turned the tables after that. He won three games in a row against Evgeny Alekseev (in 66 moves), Lazaro Bruzon and Nigel Short!
